Faith-Filled Generosity Stewardship Campaign In Progress

By now many of you have received a letter in the mail announcing this year’s stewardship campaign. It is your support that allows our church to continue its life-changing work of reconciling people to Christ and bringing Christ’s love to the world. We are deeply grateful to our church family and friends whose faithfulness has sustained us in the past, and we hope each of you will join us to make a financial commitment to our church’s future.

The theme of this year’s stewardship campaign is Faith-Filled Generosity. None of us knows what the future holds, but please be as generous as you can as you prayerfully consider your pledge for 2021. Of course we also appreciate the gifts of your time and talents as they are seen as stewardship as well.

The Faith-Filled Generosity campaign will continue through the end of November. We ask that you return your pledge card by November 30th.

While in years past we have held a special coffee-hour celebration to mark the end of the campaign, the Covid-19 virus prevents us from doing so this year. Instead, we will hold a special drawing during the church service on Sunday December 6th, St. Nicholas Day. Everyone who returns a pledge card will be entered in the drawing for a gift basket which includes a gift card for the Casserole shop and a cornucopia of other treats.

We walk by faith and not by sight, knowing that Christ walks with us. We ask that He be our companion on the way, to kindle our hearts and awaken hope for the coming year and beyond.

Yours in Christ,

St. Christopher’s Stewardship Committee

P.S. - Pledge cards can be obtained from the church office, or you can submit your pledge online. Either way, you will be entered in the gift basket drawing.
