Outdoor Morning Prayer and Blessing of the Animals - October 4
Sunday October 4 we will gather for Morning Prayer at 10 a.m. in the courtyard between the church and office wing. (No Eucharist, no singing.)
Please bring a chair and a bulletin printed from home, wear a mask at all times, and remain 6 feet apart from each other. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available, and we will have a container to receive pledges or free will offerings.
For those who cannot attend, this service will be recorded and posted to YouTube for later viewing. (Link coming soon.)

The Blessing of the Animals will take place Sunday Oct. 4 at 3 p.m. in the courtyard.
Once a year, Christians come together to honor St. Francis of Assisi who, while a monk, seems to have also been an animal whisperer. His saint day is October 4th. Bring any animal you wish to have blessed, but please keep them in a cage or on a leash. Rev. Shirley will sprinkle each owner and friend with water while saying a blessing.
If your pet has a fear of crowds, you are invited to bring a picture of those you want blessed. Stuffed animals are okay as well!
The same rules apply as for worship services - humans must wear masks, remain six feet apart, and bring any printed materials with them.
