Two big events - September 22 & 23

Two events are happening at St. Christopher’s this weekend - a clean-up day Saturday, and a covered dish luncheon on Sunday. We hope to see you at both!

Come early Saturday morning, fuel up on coffee and snacks which will be provided, and join your friends as we spruce up the grounds and interior of the church. Bring your work gloves, tools, and whatever might help. Whether you can stay for an hour or for three, your help is appreciated!

Sunday, bring your favorite dish for a pot-luck lunch after the service. Special guest preacher the Rev. Canon C. John Thompson-Quartey will join us.

The Rev. Canon Thompson-Quartey is the Canon Missioner for the Diocese of Atlanta and a member of the bishop’s staff. His areas of focus are congregational vitality, vocational discernment and seminarian support; clergy events program planning, the deacon community, and campus and youth ministries. JTQ will join us for food and fellowship, and then meet with the vestry and clergy.
